The retail value of this equipment is $5,000. You are responsible for replacing any components damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise not returnable.

There is a flat fee of $160 for this Bili Blanket rental. A full payment, or a payment plan agreement (4 payments of $40) along with initial $40 payment is required at beginning of rental.

HSA and/ or FSA cards are accepted.

Please keep in mind most hospitalizations require a co-pay of $250 - $500+

We accept Medicaid.

Equipment needs to be returned no later than one day after you are informed by physician that treatment is stopped.
